County Road 4164 (Volusia County, Florida)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Volusia County Road 4164 (now Osteen-Maytown Road) is a county road in southern Volusia County, Florida. The road is 22 miles long from the unincorporated Osteen to Oak Hill. This road cuts through the rural area of South Volusia County. It was built because it helps motorists get to Sanford, Deltona, DeBary, Kennedy Space Center, Canaveral National Seashore, and the eastern terminus of the road, Oak Hill. Towns passed on the highway are Oak Hill, Cow Creek, Farmton, Kalamazoo, and Osten. This road also cuts through Farmton State Wildlife Management Area.

However, for it's entire route, there are no gas stations or restraunts along it's entire route. Motorists who need gas must find a gas station on ether US 1 (eastern terminus) or SR 415 (western terminus)[1]. In one large piece of the road, there's no homes.
