Levy County Road 378 (S-378) was proposed as a Secondary State Route in southern Levy County, Florida. S-378 was to run from Levy CR 337, just north of the Florida SR 121 intersection, due east to Florida SR 45 (US 41). Most of the highway was to have straddled the Marion-Levy County Line.
