Country Lane Elementary School is a public K-5 elementary school in the Moreland School District, serving western San Jose, California, United States. It has 538 students, predominantly Asian and White2. This is a very diverse school, and probably the safest in the district2. For the 2004-2005 school year, Country Lane Elementary School experiences NO drug, alcohol, or tobacco problems2. Also, the school has had no suspensions or expulsions frrom 2003-20052. In 1998, the school went through modernizations, and Country Lane Elementary has the largest library collection of all the schools in the Moreland School District2.
