Counting Down the Days is the third studio album by Australian singer Natalie Imbruglia. Released in 2005, it spawned the singles "Shiver" and "Counting Down the Days".

The album debuted at number one in the United Kingdom selling over 40,000 copies on its first week. It is certified Gold in the UK and has sold about 500,000 copies worldwide.
