Eloise Beatrix Sophie Laurence van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg (born 8 June 2002 in Bronovo Hospital in The Hague), Countess of Orange-Nassau, Jonkvrouwe van Amsberg, is the first child of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands, Prince of Orange-Nassau, Jonkheer van Amsberg and Princess Laurentien of the Netherlands, born Brinkhorst.
By Royal Decree of 11 May 2001, nr. 227 is determined that all children of Prince Constantijn of the Netherlands will bear the title of Count (Countess) of Orange-Nassau and the predicate Jonkheer (Jonkvrouwe) van Amsberg, and have the surname Van Oranje-Nassau van Amsberg. The titles are hereditary in male lineage.
She is the first grandchild of Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands. She has two younger siblings, Count Claus-Casimir and Countess Leonore. Eloise was baptised on December 15, 2002 in the chapel of Het Loo Palace in Apeldoorn. Her godparents are: Haakon, Crown Prince of Norway, Prince Johan-Friso of Orange-Nassau, Princess Carolina de Bourbon-Parma, and Sophie de Wouw. Countess Eloise is currently sixth in line to the Dutch throne.
Countess Eloise lives with her parents, brother and sister in Brussels, Belgium.
