Council of Republicans for Environmental Advocacy or CREA, is an anti-environmental charity and lobbying group, headed by Italia Federici, and is involved with the Jack Abramoff scandals. Grover Norquist has also been involved with the group.

The group's president told Senate investigators that Abramoff often asked her to lobby an Interior Department official, former deputy secretary J. Steven Griles, on Abramoff's behalf. A June 2006 report by the Senate Indian Affairs Committee said the Justice Department should further investigate the group's dealings with the Interior Department and with Griles. [1]
