Cosmic Wheels is a compilation album from Scottish singer-songwriter Donovan. It was released on November 3, 1998 (Mastertone 8354).

In 1995, Mastertone Records released Live in Germany, featuring nearly all of the tracks from Donovan's Rising album. In 1998, they released another compilation of the same recordings as Cosmic Wheels, cutting several tracks and significantly shuffling the original track order. Mastertone's Cosmic Wheels release has little in common with Donovan's 1973 album Cosmic Wheels.
