This image was taken at a 2006 exhibition race at Oshkosh Speedzone in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, USA. The subject of the image is a vehicle that was used as a Championship Off-Road Racing (CORR) Sportsman Stock Truck racing vehicle. The series reportedly discontinued the class two weeks before the exhibition.
This driver (Tracy Peebles) was the driver for my first pit crew experience ever. It was at a SODA (Short-course Off-road Drivers Association) event at Road America in the early 1990's. I haven't seen him since then. I didn't know he was still racing.
