Corrinshego

Corrinshego (Cor Fhuinseoige in Irish meaning 'the turn at the Ash tree) is a hamlet located to the west of Newry in County Armagh, Northern Ireland.

Thomas Davis GFC, Corrinshego (Cumann Peil Gaelach Thómais Dáibhéis) was reformed in 1982 by disaffected members of the Provisional Irish Republican Army (PIRA Oglaigh na hEireann) Crossmaglen Rangers. In 1982 they won the County Armagh Junior Championship and in 1994 declared a ceasefire.The club have won little since at senior level, however many key players won freedom under the Good Friday Agreement to this day some players in the club when full drunk, will claim responsibility for the success at Narrow water (lukey). Corrinshego's pool and darts teams, which operate out of the social club owned by the GAA club are more successful.these people are all fagotsThe under-age Gaelic football teams, although they neither have won anything over minor level apart from the dominating presence of Paddy Smith Overage players A recent split in the South Armagh area saw members defect to the Dissident Republican Dorsey Emmets

The actors John and Susan Lynch are from the area. The hamlet's best known Gaelic footballer is Eamon Fearon, a former Armagh Minor player who played in 1992 All-Ireland Minor final.Also John JT Turley who is currently playing for Newry Gateway
