Cork Hibernians F.C. was an Irish football club who played in the Football League of Ireland. Based in Flower Lodge in Cork, Ireland the club was founded in 1957 and folded 1977.

Cork Hibernians joined the League of Ireland following the expulsion of fellow Cork side Cork Athletic F.C. (other clubs such as Cork Celtic (not to be confused with Evergreen United F.C. later to become Cork Celtic F.C.), Glasheen, St. Mary's (All from Cork city) and Bray Workman's Club and Chapelizod were unsuccessful in their application).

Cork Hibernians had existed for many years prior to League of Ireland membership as AOH (Ancient Order of Hibernians) however the club's strict amateur status meant AOH could not join the league; joining as an amateur team wasn't viable for competitions, however others were encouraged to form a professional club and as a result Cork Hibernians F.C. was born.

Cork Hibernians were based in Flower Lodge and enjoyed many years of healthy competition with their cross-city rivals Evergreen United F.C./Cork Celtic F.C.

The club's League of Ireland career ended in 1977 when the club resigned from the league due to financial difficulties. The club was replaced by another club Albert Rovers F.C. the next season.
