Corin William Redgrave (born 16 July 1939) is an English actor.
He is the son of actor Sir Michael Redgrave and actress Rachel Kempson (Lady Redgrave) and represents the third generation of an acting dynasty, which includes his daughter Jemma Redgrave.
He has played a wide range of character roles in the cinema, television and theatre. He has written a biography of his father and a play Bluntly Speaking, which has been produced at the Chichester Festival Theatre. He has a son and a daughter by his first wife, the late Deirdre Hamilton-Hill, and two sons by his current wife, the actress Kika Markham.
He has been a lifelong activist in leftwing politics, alongside his sibling, Vanessa Redgrave. He is now a defender of the interests of Gypsies.
In June 2005 he was described by his family as being in a "critical but stable" condition in hospital following a severe heart attack. Corin Redgrave had also been undergoing treatment for an unspecified form of cancer (his first wife, Deirdre, died of cancer).
