Corey R. Clagett

Corey R. Clagett is a Private First Class of the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division. He was charged for murder along with Specialist William B. Hunsaker and Staff Sergeant Raymond L. Girouard in the connection of the accused execution of three male detainees on 9 May 2006. On June 21, Specialist Juston R. Graber, at that time 20, was charged with premeditated murder, attempted premeditated murder, conspiracy to commit murder and making a false official statement. The police in Salahudin Province is investigating.

On Thursday 25th January 2007, PFC Corey R. Clagett was sentenced to 18 years in prison after pleading guilty to murdering an Iraqi detainee and taking part in the killings of two others
