Corey Mays (born November 27, 1983 in Chicago, Illinois) is an American football linebacker for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. He started the 2006 season on the practice squad, but was later signed to the active roster. Mays was signed as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Notre Dame after the 2006 NFL Draft by the Patriots.
