Talk:CopyBot
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
I just wanted to pre-emptively state that although I did not actually write any code involved in this program, I am part of the "libsecondlife project" which created most of the technology used to create "CopyBot".
This is currently an emotionally-charged issue, with a lot of technical subtlety -- as the article stands, it contains many factual inaccuracies, which I'm going to try to correct without influencing NPOV one way or the other. If you disagree with any of the edits I made, please bring it here to the talk page so that we can come to some agreement. Bushing 17:28, 20 November 2006 (UTC)
- If you're involved in the project, please use third-party sources to verify the content you're adding or changing. That will avoid any appearance of a conflict of interest. | Mr. Darcy talk 17:36, 20 November 2006 (UTC)

- Although people may have accused me of being a member of the team due to my opinions on the subject, I can safely say I am not a member of the libsecondlife development team, nor have I even touched anything remotely resmbilng a .Net IDE in nearly a year. Although I am a member of Second Life, and the founder of the Wikipedians group :-D
- I do believe I have satisfied the requirements of third-party sources :-)
