The Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria has many churches in the United Kingdom and Ireland under the jurisdiction of one metropolitan and five bishops.

His Grace Bishop Missael, Bishop of the Holy Diocese of the Midlands, and its Affiliated regions, U.K.

There are 2 Churches in Birmingham including the Coptic Centre and serving them with His Grace Bishop Missael is Fr. John & Fr. Peter, there is a rented church in Northampton, also served by Fr. John. There is a church in Manchester, Stockport, served by Fr. Bishoy, and another church in Llandudno, Wales also served by Fr. Bishoy. Another church in Nottingham served by Fr. Seraphim. The Diocese is based at The Coptic Centre in Birmingham: Hill park House, Lapworth Street, Lapworth, Warwickshire, B94 5QS.

In Birmingham, the Coptic Centre of St. Mary & St. Mark has a church within it named after St. Mary & St. Abu-Seifin. The other church in Birmingham, in Solihull, was named after St. Mary & St. Antony. The Church in Manchester, Stockport was named after St. Mary & St. Mina.
