CoolTV is a Canadian category 2 digital cable specialty channel dedicated to the jazz genre; including music videos, movies, concerts, and television series. CoolTV is based in Winnipeg, Manitoba. It is owned by the CanWest MediaWorks Inc. and is associated with Cool FM.

The network was initially headed by former CBC Radio broadcaster Ross Porter, who left in 2004 to head up JAZZ.FM in Toronto.
