I'm glad you decided to register. You should feel free to change anything that looks like it needs changing, even if it's just a misplaced comma or a typo, or if there's a topic that you feel merits its own article, you should start it. You'll get the hang of it in time. If you want to do tests and try to figure out wiki formatting, you're welcome to use the sandbox here.
