This template is recommended by template {{sxc-warning}} for adding "to the image to prevent multiple people contacting the same person."

There is one parameter, the signature of the user, represented by four tildes ~~~~. It is not recommended that this template be substed.

This template automatically adds any page it is used on to Category:Contact in progress.
