I'm trying to remove the direct links to this disambiguation page. I am thinking it may be easier to have a speparate definition page from here (in a similar manner to consultant) as a few links require just the definition (see for example Mentor). It seems harsh to delete the link from Mentor. If nobody objects I'll do this. LeeG 13:26, 3 June 2006 (UTC)

Having now engaged my brain, would it be better to have the definition somewhere in the legal contract article? Or even have it moved to the Independent Contractor article? LeeG 13:30, 3 June 2006 (UTC)
