Talk:Constance Holland
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
All of these are famous historical people, and articles for those in the line of descent are widespread throughout the historical articles. Look at some, like the ones cited. If you doubt the criteria, try Afd and the historians will join the discussion. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by DGG (talk • contribs).

[edit] Merge
I believe this article should be merged into Sir John Grey. The subject has notable relatives but is not herself notable. Per WP policies, "Biography articles should only be given for people with some sort of achievement." Nobody has even suggested that she achieved anything of any sort. -- Butseriouslyfolks 19:58, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- An excellent suggestion. It would be consistent with the discussion at the AfD debate. Agent 86 21:21, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
- I would favour masterful inactivity, pending further efforts to research and expand this article. Constance is certainly mentioned, if not more, in a couple of books found by Google scholar. Being the granddaughter of a King, and the wife of a Duke, is a sort of achievement, even if it's more luck than judgement. Angus McLellan (Talk) 23:17, 30 January 2007 (UTC)
