Conte Candoli

Conte Candoli was an American jazz trumpeter based on the West Coast of the US. He played in the big bands of Stan Kenton, Benny Goodman, and Dizzy Gillespie.

He was born in Mishawaka, Indiana, on July 12th 1927 and died, after a long battle with cancer, on 14 December 2001, aged 74.
