Consuelo Ynares-Santiago (born October 5, 1939) is an incumbent Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines. She was appointed to the Court by President Joseph Estrada.

Ynares-Santiago graduated from the University of the Philippines College of Law in 1962 with a degree in law. Her four-decade stint in the judiciary began when she was appointed as a trial court judge for Cainta, Rizal in 1972.

Ynares-Santiago would progressively rise in the ranks of the judiciary. She was appointed a trial court judge in Makati by President Corazon Aquino in 1986. Aquino would then appoint her to the Court of Appeals as an Associate Justice in 1990. She would remain on the appellate court for the next ten years until her promotion to the Supreme Court by President Joseph Estrada on April 6, 1939.
