The Constitution Act is the name of several laws, notably:

- The Constitutional Act of 1791
- The Constitution Act, 1867 (formerly called the British North America Act, 1867)
- The Constitution Act, 1982
- Constitution (Amendment No. 27) Act 1936
- Niue Constitution Act 1974 (NZ)
- Constitution Act 1986, which did away with the Statute of Westminster which in theory allowed the British Parliament to pass laws for New Zealand.
