Kostas Charalambidis (Greek: Κώστας Χαραλαμπίδης) (born July 25, 1981 in Nicosia) is a Cypriot football midfielder currently playing for Panathinaikos FC.

He began his career with Cyprus club APOEL where he became a regular, appearing 122 times, and helped lead them to two titles in 2004. He then signed an 18 month contract with Panathinaikos FC for the 2004-05 season. In 2006 he was transferred to PAOK but in December 2006 and due to PAOK's financial problems, he returned to Panathinaikos FC

He has been capped over 20 times for the Cyprus national football team. He has scored 7 goals, including 2 against Ireland coming in as a substitute.
