Conservative Group for Europe (CGE)

The Conservative Group for Europe exists to promote Britain's vigorous and purposeful membership of the European Union and a Europe built on Conservative principles of an open market, individual and business opportunity and a responsible engagement in world affairs.

The current chairman is Quentin Davies, a British MP for the constituency of Grantham and Stamford. Lord Brittan of Spennithorne is the President.

Founded more than 30 years ago, CGE is affiliated to the Conservative Party.
