Connie Fletcher (born November 8, 1982 in Jacksonville, Florida) is an American actress.

Fletcher is most notable for the role of Erin Lavery on the soap opera All My Children. She portrayed the role from August 2005 until December 2006. In November 2006, Fletcher was released from her contract at AMC after only one year. She last aired in mid-December.

A native of Jacksonville, Fletcher graduated from Episcopal High School of Jacksonville in 2001, where she participated in theatre productions during each year of her attendance.

Fletcher graduated from Boston University with a BFA, with a major in Theatre and a minor in Art History. At BU, she appeared in various plays, including Blue Surge, Company, Marat/Sade, Electra, The Rimers of Eldrich and See More Glass, a collaborative adaptation of the works of J.D. Salinger.
