Connexions Direct

Connexions is a government funded service for young people living in England aged 13-19 (and up to 25 for those with learning difficulties or disabilities) which aims to provide young people with the best possible start in life.

Connexions Direct is part of the Connexions Service. It offers young people information on a wide range of topics as well as confidential advice and practical help. Young people living in England who are looking for information, advice or guidance can contact Connexions Direct to speak to an Adviser via the following methods:

- Calling 080 800 13 2 19 to speak directly to an Adviser. Calls are free from any landline and an adviser will ring you back on your mobile. Connexions Direct Advisers are here to listen without judging and are available to talk to from 8am to 2am, 7 days a week.
- Texting 07766 4 13 2 19 to receive simple information such as telephone numbers of organisations who can help
- Email or webchat on the | Connexions Direct website
You don't have to give your name or personal details if you don't want to. The Connexions service is managed locally by Connexions Partnerships which bring together all the key youth support services.
