Connexions 4 London ( C4L ) - is a large UK colocation and Internet Service Provider. It was founded in 2000 by Mathew Hawkins, with the aim to provide a single managed platform for Internet services to every major Datacentre across the UK and Europe.

C4L is a privately owned UK company providing connectivity and colocation services. It operates a large UK backbone connecting over 100,000 servers and machines. Its network offers similar services to companies such as Xchange Point. The company provides interconnections between all the major London datacentres, provided via its WDM Dark Fibre network. Running a total of 24 waves, it can provide over 40Gbps between all of the datacentres. It also provides connectivity direct to most datacentres available in Manchester and Amsterdam.
C4L is a Tier 2 carrier with its IP transit network built from over 15Gbps of upstream connectivity and peering. The companies' primary target base are large streaming companies, hosting companies and Internet Service Providers.

C4L has built its network out across Europe to have over 50 datacenters on-net. Each of these are connected to each other by up to 40Gbps depending upon the location.
C4L can offer a blend of colocation and connectivity services distributed across multiple sites for complete redundancy and reliability solutions. It has the knowledge of the plus and minus points of all sites.
