Route 64 is an 8.14 mile state highway connecting the towns of Woodbury and Waterbury via Middlebury. It begins at US 6 in Woodbury and ends at I-84 in Waterbury.

The intersection with Connecticut_Route_63 in Middlebury is one of the most congested points in the Waterbury area.
