Coniston is a CityRail railway station on the South Coast railway line. It serves the suburb of Coniston which is a suburb of Wollongong, at the western end of the Port Kembla industrial area. The station is the junction for the Port Kembla branch of the South Coast line.
The station has two side platforms. The station is served by about one to two trains per hour for most of the time, with additional trains at weekday peak hours.
