Confederation Of Australian Motorsport

The Confederation of Australian Motor Sport(CAMS), has been the governing body of Australian motorsport since 1963. They are affiliated with the FIA(Federation Internationale de l'Automobile).

CAMS is responsible for almost all forms of four-wheeled motor sport which includes categories such as circuit racing, rallying, off roading, historic competition and other general motor sport activities (including motorkhana, speed, hillclimb, autocross and khanacross events) but not drag racing.

CAMS has approximately 52000 members, in over 350 car clubs and over 9000 accredited officials. They regulate more than 1800 motorsport events per year from club level to International level.
