Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Comprehensive Reviews in Food Science and Food Safety (usually abbreviated as CRFSFS) is an American online peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT) in Chicago, Illinois. Created in 2002, it is the second electronic journal published by IFT. Its main focus is to provide a comprehensive study on a narrowly-defined topic of food science and/or food safety. This includes nutrition, genetics, microbiology, chemistry, history, and engineering, and includes the strengths and weaknesses of each review.

CRFSFS is published on a quarterly basis.
