Compass FM is an Independent Local Radio station broadcasting from Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire, which used to be in Humberside until April 1, 1996. The studios are in Wellowgate. Its listenership is comprised primarily of over-40s who want to listen to 'Hits and Memories' in Grimsby and also Immingham and Cleethorpes. More modern music (70's/80's/90's) is broadcast by its sister station Lincs FM, which can also be heard clearly in Grimsby. It was the NTL Commercial Radio Station of the Year in 2003.

The 96.4FM signal comes from a low-powered transmitter at Bevan Flats in East Marsh in north Grimsby. The station plays mainly golden oldies with few songs of modern genre played.
