Comores Aviation is an airline based in Moroni, Comoros operating regional services. Its main base is Prince Said Ibrahim International Airport (HAH), Moroni.

The airline was established in 1996 and started operations in 1997. It is owned by Jean-Marc Heintz (President)(60%), Batouli Heintz (General Manager)(30%) and Ali Ahmed (10%).

Comores Aviation operates the following services (at January 2005):
- Domestic scheduled destinations: Anjouan, Mohéli and Moroni.
- International scheduled destinations: Dar es Salaam, Dzaoudzi, Majunga, Nosy Be and Zanzibar.

The Comores Aviation fleet includes the following aircraft (at August 2006) [2] :
- 1 BAe 748 Series 2B (leased from Executive Aerospace of South Africa)
- 2 Let L-410 UVP
