Communist Party of Yugoslavia (in Serbo-Croat: Комунистичка партија Југославије / Komunistička Partija Jugoslavije) is a political party in Serbia. The party registered on November 27, 1990.

The founding general secretary of KPJ was Mileta Perović. In 1978 Perović had been sentenced to 20 years imprisonment for trying to overthrow Tito. After Perović's death, leadership has been taken over by Branko Bošković and Miljenko Babović. Both later died.

In 1992 KPJ suffered a split, as the Party of Labour broke away.
