Communist Party of Albania (in Albanian: Partia Komuniste e Shqiperise, abbreviated PKSH) is a political party in Albania. It is led by Hysni Milloshi. The party was formed in 1991, as a split from the Albanian Party of Labour which converted itself into the Socialist Party of Albania.
Nexhmije Hoxha is a member of the party.
In 1998 the PKSH became the first communist party post-1991 to legally register at the Electoral Commission.
In 2002 a fraction of PKSH split and merged into the refounded Albanian Party of Labour.
In the 2005 parliamentary elections the party got 8 901 votes (0.7%) on the proportional list.
In a unification congress (2006) Communist Party of Albania, Albanian Party of Labour and smaller communist parties merged in Communist Party of Albania. 300 members of these parties participated in this congress and Hysni Milloshi is the leader of the unified party.
PKSH publishes Zeril i së Vertetes.
The youth wing of the party is known as Communist Youth of Albania.
