The Communications Research Centre is a scientific laboritory on Carling Avenue at Shirley's Bay in Ottawa

The Laboratory opearates as an Agency of Industry Canada, and consists of a Canadian military and civilian telecommunication research campus. The Ottawa operation of Defence Research and Development Canada is located on the CRC campus.
