Comic book art

Comic book art is the art which appears in comic books. Job types involved in the production of comic book art include:

• The penciller who draws the comic book in pencil, hence the name, before the work is sent to an
• inker who finishes the black and white page, and a
• colorist, who adds the colors to a color comic; and the
• letterer is the person who draws the letters in the word balloons, draws in sound effects and usually designs a book's logo.
