"Come on!" G.O.B, Arrested development 2003-2005 "Come on!" is a phrase made popular by the character G.O.B. in the sitcom Arrested Development. It is used through out the series, most notably in the first season, although it was present all three seasons the show was produced. After the show was cancelled the phrase regained popularity thanks in part by both Arrested Development being available on DVD and the show My Name Is Earl.
