Proposal For the Student Association Senate Minutes and Agenda to be Available Online.

Whereas, the student association’s senate is the law making body. Whereas, our main goal in connecting the senate with our students is to let them know our performance in the senate and make the senate as transparent as possible. Whereas, it is easier to inform the students through our own schools website under the

Resolved, the Senate formally requests that the Student Association to make contact with the Information Technology department and request that that the information be placed online for the viewing of our students. Resolved, the student Association to submit all previous senate agendas and Minutes of this year if possible, to the Information Technology department and the future agendas and minutes of the senate meetings. Resolved, the information should be updated every week on the Senate’s homepage. Resolved, The senate adopt to the principle that we (the senate) should be as transparent as possible to the student body.
