Can somebody please tell me how the festival can be held every year when according to the article itself the festival has not even been founded yet? The good news is that in about another month or two the festival will be founded and then it can be held every year. I looked on the external links sites and could find nothing concerning history of the festival. This article needs some love. James084 21:32, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
