Columbia Center Mall
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Columbia Center Mall is a shopping mall located in northwestern Kennewick, Washington, owned by Simon Property Group. It is by far the largest mall in southeastern Washington, and regularly draws visitors from as far away as Hermiston, Oregon.
The mall, which opened in October of 1968, is accessible off of Columbia Center Boulevard, the most-traveled north-south street in all of Kennewick (besides perhaps Highway 395).
Columbia Center is currently in the process of adding more space. Two new buildings to be added to the front exterior of the center will be known as "Lifestyle Centers". Near the movie theatre, is "Lifestyle Center One", which houses a Chico's for Women, Coldwater Creek, and a Verizon Wireless and Starbucks Coffee store. "Lifstyle Center Two", which is currently under construction, is located near the front of JC Penney.
