Color of the Cross is a 2006 biopic film written by, directed by, and starring Jean-Claude La Marre.
The Film is unique in that it is one of the few depictions of Christ as a black man, and that it claims that Jesus' persecution may have been a result of racism.[1]

Color of the Cross is a biopic film about the life of Jesus Christ. It addresses four specific areas of his life. It looks at Jesus and his disciples, the Romans occupying Judea, the rabbis in the Sanhedrin, and the family life of Joseph, Mary and their remaining children.
