Coloman of Lodomeria

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Coloman was king of Halych-Volhynia 1214-19.

He was a son of king Andrew II of Hungary and was married to Salomea of Poland, daughter of Leszek the White, overlord of the Polish. The couple was elevated to the throne of Galicia and Lodomeria in 1214, in an attempt to reconcile Polish and Hungarian conflict over the conquered Ruthenian principality.

Mstislav the Bold won and deposed Coloman.
