Colmurano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Macerata in the Italian region Marche, located about 50 km southwest of Ancona and about 15 km southwest of Macerata. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,255 and an area of 11.2 km2.[1]
Colmurano borders the following municipalities: Loro Piceno, Ripe San Ginesio, San Ginesio, Tolentino, Urbisaglia.
