Colm Jordan

Colm Jordan was President of the Union of Students in Ireland in 2002-03. He was USI President in 2002-2003 when college fees were threatened to be re-introduced. However a strong counter campaign by USI and others in the student movement led to the shelving of this idea.

A native of Foxrock, Co. Dublin, he was educated at Clonkeen College, Blackrock, before starting a Degree in Business Studies in DIT.

In 1999 he was elected site President of DIT Aungier St, serving for a year, before moving to USI where he served as Education Officer for two years and President for one.

He is currently the Dublin area organiser for Fine Gael.
