Collegium Hosianum

The Collegium Hosianum was the first Jesuit collegium in Warmia, founded by Cardinal Stanislaus Hosius in Braunsberg in 1564. The cardinal was Prince-Bishop of Warmia in Prussia. In 1945 the town of Braunsberg was renamed by Poland to Braniewo.
