The CED is the Anti-terrorist and Policing body in the Video Game Descent³, they become the player's enemy after the Post Terran Minerals Corporation's President is assassinated and the player is framed by Samuel Dravis. They later become your ally after you protect them from a robot uprising and assist you in defeating the PTMC.

They are responsible for the destruction of the mars Red Acropolis base, and PTMC Station Shiva in Descent3 and a PTMC Colony in Descent³: Mercenary
