Collège Stanislas de Paris (also Stanislaus College or College Stanislaus) is a private Catholic school in Paris, situated on the Rue Notre Dame des Champs in Montparnasse. It has approximately 3,000 students, and is the largest private school in France.

It was founded in 1804, and in 1810 had approximately 500 students. In 1822, its formal name was declared, after a relative of King Louis XVIII.

As of 2002, the school's director is Daniel Chapellier.
