San Agustin High School (Colegio San Agustin) is a private high school in Cochabamba, Bolivia. Last year, it was San Agustin's 50th anniversary and it was awarded the Cóndor de Los Andes, Bolivian Government's highest distinction.

San Agustin has focused in providing a strong technical background to its students. Several of its students have obtained a degree in engineering or sciences. However, it has mainly promoted among its students critical thinking. Therefore, there have been students who obtained higher education in the social sciences as well. It is sometimes regarded as Bolivia's best high school all over the country.

Bolivia's vice president Álvaro García Linera and former president Eduardo Rodríguez Veltze graduated from San Agustin. Other actors in the political scene who studied in San Agustin include Jorge "Tuto" Quiroga Ramírez.
